a far away land like Alaska, Texas, Wyoming or other states but has a
keen interest of landing in North Carolina and discovering its
treasures, but if you must read then you can move on. However if you’re
living outside the country, most aptly, a non-US citizen who aspire of
visiting the North Carolina and you don’t have a passport yet then you
need to glue your eye in this one. We will be tackling on the most basic
travel document in this article. One basic thing to remember: if you are
a non-US citizen, then you must apply for a passport and have yourself
checked by the U.S. authorities.
A visa may be required depending on your county of origin. If you’re
from Canada or Bermuda then all you need is a passport to enter the
Unites States. Visa is not required.
Under the US Visa Waiver Program, some countries may not be required
with a visa as long as their stay will not extend to ninety days.
Passports of visitors under the Visa Waiver Program (VWP) are
machine-readable and have been equipped with biometrics that contains
unique personal data of the passport holder, such as iris scans and
fingerprints. If you’re a citizen of any of the following countries,
then you only need to present a valid passport whenever you want to
visit the United States for a short vacation: Andorra, Austria,
Australia, Belgium, Brunei, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland,
Ireland, Italy, Japan, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, The
Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, San Marino, Singapore,

It means that people whose countries aren’t included in the list are
required to secure a Visa from their local government before setting a
foot in the United States. The 2001 terrorist attack has alarmed the
Unites States have led the country’s policy to subject foreign travelers
for verification. Security programs were located at different entry
points of the country: for land, sea and air.
The biggest frustration of all is after you realized that when you
thought that after you have planned everything right then a few days
before the trip it dawned on you that you don’t have a valid passport or
the one you possess has already expired. A trip need not be cumbersome
so don’t ever attempt to enter the United States in whatever illegal
means or you’ll end up facing a major disaster for yourself. Plan early
and consider the length of your stay in North Carolina. Ponder on the
nature of your trip: is it business related or plainly for leisure? The
main point will always be like this: make sure that you have all the
travel documents with you lest you will just be disappointed. |
