A cafe in North Carolina

Located at a place in Blue Ridge Parkway which is known by the name Little Switzerland, is Switzerland Cafe which offers its customers a good choice of salads, soups, sandwiches, smoked meat and trout and dessert while they enjoy cozy and relaxing atmosphere of the mountains.

A primer in the location says that Little Switzerland got its name due to its resemblance to the Jura Mountains in the Swiss Alps as mirrored by its green hills and long range views. The cafe itself is situated close to a number of High Country attractions including the Emerald Village and Grassy Creek Golf Course. It should be noted however that Switzerland Cafe is a seasonal business, as it is close during the winter months and will reopen in the Easter weekend.

Included in the menu list are the following: Black Bean Salsa with pita chips, Cafe Tomato Basil, Bread, Cheese and Fruit/Meat Board, Persian Chicken Salad, Southwest Chicken Wrap, Fire-Roasted Vegetable, Quarter Pound All Beef Hot Dog, wines, beers and desserts. With the cafe's name being transparent to whom or to what group of people is its target audience; The Artist's Cafe is located at downtown Newton in North Main Avenue. It is a casual cafe, very notable with its relaxed ambiance and great food offerings. The building where it is situated is also an architectural achievement, the P.O. Carpenter Building, as it is the first structure in the area which was made of steel. Foods in Artist Cafe in include homemade soups, appetizers, fresh crispy salads and homemade dressings, Greek specialties, Italian specialties (Chicken Piccata Con Capellini), desserts and Artist's Pizza, which gives customers the liberty to make their own combination. And of course, The Artist's Cafe wouldn't be complete without the art showcase, which gives the customers the chance to purchase art items and much more, exhibit their own work.
